Body Harmony

Using frequency (tuning forks), we will discover and release toxic emotions that are stuck in the body, Anxiety, grief, disappointment and anger are just a few of the emotions that we hold on to that make it difficult to change. Similar to a food detox, an emotional detox can help us hit the reset button and begin to live a life free from the past.

Signature Package

In this 12-session package, you will discover the way you think through personal assessment tools, rid the body of toxic emotions, break limited beliefs and habits, and learn to live HEALTHY through a new vision and declaration.

What is a tuning fork and how do you use it in the session?

Teri's tuning fork is a two-pronged aluminum device used by musicians, which vibrates when struck to give a note of specific pitch. We use the Solfeggio set of tuning forks which have a specific positive effect to the body and emotions.

Is it confidential?

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.

How long does it typically take to see results?

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Although, clients usually feel a shift within a couple of sessions, The Body Harmony Package consist of12, 60 minute sessions. In order to experience behavioral change we suggest this as a minimum. In order to transform and maintain the way we think, feel and behave, it requires closer to a year of support and practicing the alignment with your new self.
